Northstar Industries manufactures and repairs Can Motor Pumps.  Northstar's can motor services include:

 

  • Design and manufacture new Can Motor Pumps for specific applications.

  • Convert standard pumps to "Seal-Less" can motors.

  • Manufacture Can Motor Retrofit Kits for 3196 Style pumps.

  • Repair of variety of can motor pumps including Hermetic, Teikoku, Optimex, and Nikkiso.

  • Manufacture new stators or rotors.

  • Rewind stators using random or form wound windings.

  • Manufacture and install new Can Liners.

  • Upgrade internal components such as wear rings, bearings, etc.

  • 8' x 12' VPI epoxy insulation tank

  • 8' x  8' x 12' temperature controlled burn-out oven w/event recorder

  • 10' x 12' x 12' curing oven

  • Laser Seam Welder.

  • 1000AMP AC test panel, 460 - 4160V

  • Pump test station.

  • Baker D12 & 15R test instruments
